What wedding rentals should I book first?

Start with high-demand items like dining chairs, bars, specialty furniture, and décor pieces that define your ceremony and reception spaces. If you have left over money in your budget, then you can always add more later!

How far in advance should I reserve wedding rentals?

Booking 6–12 months in advance is ideal, especially for speak spring and fall weddings. We book up quickly!

Do wedding rental companies deliver and set up?

Many do, but services vary. Always ask if delivery, setup, and teardown are included. Let's Bash will also including setup/delivery in your quote. We also offer flip services! This means we offer to move rental items from one area to another, for example moving ceremony chairs to reception space.

Can wedding rentals help save money?

Yes. Renting décor and other items often costs less than purchasing items you'll only use once, while still giving your wedding a polished, customized look. Plus, we set it all up so you don't have to stress about it!

Yes. We regularly coordinate with wedding planners and venues to ensure your rentals are delivered and set up according to your timeline.

We proudly serve couples throughout our surrounding cities in Arizona (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Chandler, Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, etc.) and we also serve the entire state of CA (San Diego, Temecula, La Jolla, San Fransisco, LA, Oceanside etc.).
